Bandwith Monitor
Does anyone know a free, simple bandwith monitor? It is for a workstation, NOT a server, and I don't need anything the least bit complicated. All I need is to be able to see how much my bandwith is in a day or in the past hour or something like that. Its just out of curiosity, nothing professional. Any suggestions?

I don't know of a totally free one, however I did find several at download.com that are free to try. Sharewhare.
If you only need it for a short period of time they might work for your needs.
