aol 5 of 6mnth free trail

Hello,
I have a friend that got a Dell computer with 6 month free of AOL internet service. They are now on their last month, but the software says it's time to pay. Has anyone experience with this? How may I help them get their last month? I personally don't use AOL so I'm not familar with their software.

Thanks in advance

Call the customer service. A couple of years back I got 1 yr. free. Every time the free trial period would end, I'd call to cancel. Then the cust. rep. would give me another free month to think it over. It was a sweet deal but it was dial-up. You'd have to pay me in order to use it.

Since I just looked this up for another thread,
Free dial up, netflix, 10 hours
http://www.netzero.net/signup/faqs.html#SIGNFREE
Free dial up Juno, 10 hours.
http://www.juno.com/signup/faqs.html#SIGNFREE

In short, I don't ever plan to pay for dial up again, but these do have Banners at the top in order to pay for it. Just a thought.

It says it's time to pay because AOL makes you pay for each month upfront.
