yahoo pool ain't working...

i can't play on yahoo pool.. it gives me this error about some error and to send it to ms so that it would help them. i couldn't come on this site for like 2 mins.. cause it kept giving me that error. Plus i can't dl IE 6, because it gives me that error.... i have no freakin clu whts wrong here... any suggestions as to why this is happening?

what was the error? are you running winXP? if so try a restore pt.
start>all programs?accessories>system tools>system restore

i can't do the restore point cause im a guest on the computer. Im giong to try and fix it wihtout the restore point for now. Its doing that alot now that i go to other sites. It tells me that:
'Microsoft Internet explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. we are sorry for the inconvenience.'
i can't even dl the new IE....

If this isn't your computer, then talk to the owner about it.

You will most likely have to uninstall then reinstall JVM (the most current version is 1.5.0) to fix the yahoo problem.

As for IE crashing, first thing I would do is run adaware, spybot and MS AntiSpyware.

i dl'ed firefox.. and its faster than IE. should i delete it... will that affect anything?

No, uninstalling firefox will not solve anything. And you can't delete IE, if that's what you mean. It's too intertwined within the O/S.

Did you try my suggestions?

can't you go to add/remove programs, and then on the side go to add/remove windows components, and then just take the check mark off

That doesn't uninstall IE, it just removes access to it.
