FIre Fox
Just received the tip this morning stating I should update FIREFOX so did what was said and than once finished wasn`t able to get on the page or anything kept telling me couldn`t load page. I had disabled all my security programs and all open windows still not able to so have now gone back to my old one. What did I do wrong. Use windows 2000

first make sure your firefox is your default browser. and if it's doesn't work, try downloading manually.

If I'm understanding you correctly, I had a similar problem before when I updated to 1.0.4. Take a look at the thread and see if that's similar to your problem. In the last post I describe what I did to solve it.

I don`t know what happened but today I went in and did the upgrade by using the red sign and everything opened and run updated fine. But do have a problem before I used to be able to go to outlook express and open my mail and if a web page was listed could open it up using fire fox now only way I can do it is go to tools and read mail than open it I do not like this idea anyway I can fix it. I do like Fire Fox much better than explorer so would hate to have to switch back.

Thanks. Tried thunderbird but it does the same thing to open my sites that are sent though the E mail have to be in on the browser and use read mail. Must be a security thing. I will either put up with it or go to internet explorer as default. If its a security thing maybe wise to use my fire fox. Thanks again for help
