2 sites - 1 server - How to view on LAN?
I am running two sites from my server...each with a different domain name...
They are running on Windows 2000 Server, with Microsoft IIS running the http side. Both have their host header listed so everything works fine and dandy... Now, how do I view them on the LAN? I used to just type, say, http://192.168.1.26/ ..but now that it requires the host header, I can't... I can't connect to my own outside ip address, or type in the .com addy... I just can't connect to myself (I dont know why...if there's a way to fix that, let me know). I'd just like to know how to view my own stuff. lol Please help, thanks, |

Try putting your IP and then the port number.
http://192.168.1.26:80 -- or whatever port you are running your sites on. I don't know how your network is configured in terms of routing. |
