How to uninstall a plugin. I wanted to install a wikipedia plugin, but I got uk.wikipedia which is showing weird language which I could not understand. I thought uk meant united kingdom or english. Anyone knows where to get the english wikipedia plugin for firefox.

If you're talking about Extensions, they are in Tools | Extensions and you can remove them from there. However, if you're talking about adding Wikipedia functionality to the search bar, I'm not exactly sure how to do that. From what I can see, the "link" to add the functionality implements some built-in FF functionality using a custom protocol. So there must be a custom folder in your FF installation directory. OK just checked mine, there is: C:\%InstallationFolder%\searchplugins. Check there and remove both the src and png files. Restart FF and it should be gone.

Are you using the mycroft Wikipedia plugins from: http://mycroft.mozdev.org/quick/wikipedia.html ? If so, if you look carefully there are a number of plugins that are labelled with flags as well. For example, from scrolling down and looking at Wikipedia UK (not at the top of the link), it appears to be Wikipedia Ukraine. Not united kingdom. For English, remember to use Wikipedia EN.

Thanks for that, I got the UK from that page also. Missed the EN version
