Unable to access Hotmail Account

I have two Hotmail accounts and one is working fine, the other I can't get into. I've tried through My MSN, Messenger and Net.pass (which allow me access) to no avail. All I get is the "New To MSN Hotmail" window with 2 options, either Sign Up or Match The Characters In The Picture and Continue. The former is for new members, and if I complete the latter, It takes me back to the "Sign In To Hotmail" page. If I put in my address and password again, it takes me right back to the "New To MSN Hotmail" page again. My other Hotmail account works fine. So far I've run my Spybot, Ad-aware, Norton Antivirus, deleted my cookies, reset my cable modem and router. Nothing new has been added (software or hardware) and both accounts are years old. Any suggestions??

Have you accessed the broken account within the past thirty days to avoid having it closed?
