Best shareware FTP program for my needs

I have this awsome Verizon FIOS internet connnection at home and would like to set-up an FTP server for my use and maybe even some trusted friends.
I am wondering what users of the forum would suggest as far as shareware FTP programs.

I would look at Bulletproof FTP Server (Pay) or at the FileZilla Server (Free).

You could also try WinFTP.

Check your ISP terms of service to see if this is even allowed. Some ISPs have bans on running any kinds of server, web or FTP.
