Question Internet 101 Question

I can't remember how to set my computer to automatically dialup when I double click Communicator (or any other TCP/IP application). Right now, Netscape launches but fails to connect. I have to manually connect then launch Netscape. I've been to my DialUp connection settings as well as the properties and preferences for everything I can think of that's involced. On a Mac, this preference is set in the Remote Access control panel by changing User Mode to advanced and using the Options button-Protocol Tab. Once there, you check "automatically connect when launching a TCP/IP app" but can't find anything comperable on Windows. I also have programs like Morpheus and iMesh that I'd like to launch then have the dialup connect automatically. My headache tells me it's time to ask for help. Thanks, in advance.

Send a message via AIM to Xayd
Go into internet options in control panel, and under the connections tab there are dialup settings, change them accordingly.
