msn sign in problems
Hi
Here's the situation. I have my main computer always on and online. I usually keep msn messenger on too, usually set to "away" so that my business partner, family or friends can still leave a message if I'm out running around etc. Occasionally I'll sign in under my account on another computer that is dial up to touch base with people. Now, when I log off that lappy thats using dial up...is there a way to make my main computer sign back in by itself? (since I'm not near it) It's set to log on automatically with an internet connection but it doesn't appear to work and I'll remain logged off (my main computer) If I sign in from a remote location. I have too many contacts to mess around with another account and I don't always sign in from the same remote computer or location. thanks in advance Dick Balling |

You need something which automatically reconnects after a specific time period. I would recommend a program trillian. Simply set the connect if disconnect time to sumthing like an hr so that once you log off, your main pc will log on again.

Triallian might not work, because it would automatically bump you from your laptop when it signed in.
Why dont you create another MSN account? They are free .. and give both to your contacts? |
