Control Panel Problems
My control panel has been acting strange lately. When I try to start it up the first time I boot up, its fine. Second time it says there is a Windows Explorer error. Then it says there is an error with Dr Watson's Postmortem Debugger, which I didn't know it exsisted. I have tried System Restore and it says "Cannot System Restore, Choose another restore point" so i do and it doesn't work. I tried 4 different restore points. I also checked for viruses and spyware. Found some and deleted it. Didn't help. So I ran outta ideas, besides Dell tech support, which I hate because of the accents. You know what I mean. So, any help is appreciated. Thanks

You've got a virus/trojan which causes this error. There will be special removal procedures to get rid of it, even if you have run scans.
Take a look in the security section of the forum and review the process for posting a HijackThis log. Someone can analyze it for you. By the way, as a side note. No need to post multiple threads on the same subject. It just confuses things. Also, I don't think comments about peoples accents are called for. By no means am I a moderator, just a concerned member.
