Every night at 10:23...
Internet Explorer opens up by itself. Why is it doing that? I use Firefox...

Have you done the standard Virus/Spyware scans with full updates?

Have you checked your scheduled tasks? If one was set somehow that would easily do it.

I seemed to have forgot the spyware scan... I did the virus scan and got 2 Trojans, but other than that, I'm clean on the Virus front. And I have checked scheduled tasks.

Spyware is a big thing... Spybot or Adaware are both good and get the job done. HijackThis can also be a great thing if your problem persists.
