Problems w/ Video & Audio w/MSN Messenger
I am trying to communicate with my parents with MSN Messenger via webcams. The first time they could see me but not here me and the second time it was the reverse, sound but a grey screen. Me, I had sound and video both times. This is communication between France and the North America, if that changes anything. Communication by webcam within France not a problem. Input?

How are each of you connected to the Internet, and do either of you use routers? What about firewalls?
