Internet Mail conversion to Outlook express 6

Is it possible to transefer mails from Internet mail to Outlook express6. The formats are different. My colleague has a client who is moving from a Win 95 to Win XP so the routine bac-up didnt work.
But is the a way?

Exactly what does the 95 box have? Outlook Express 4, Outlook Express 5, or the old Windows Messaging Internet Mail? If it doesn't have OE5, you can install it and import directly from either Internet Mail or OE4. Then you can note the location of the store directory and import into OE6 across the network or copy all the .dbx files to removable media and back to the new system and import from that.
