how to access website email address
The guy who set up a website for us years ago is gone away.
I sent a test email to one of the email addresses on the site and it came back rejected as "box full" or similar. Obviously no one at the business has access to this particular address and no one has been checking the the box. How can I get access to it ? (Other addresses connected with the site name are being used OK) |

The same way you access the mail for the other addresses on the domain - with the correct login name and password.

Thanks glc- Cant find any user name or password on file.
Wasnt asking how to defeat them. Will have to just dump that e-address and start again if I can't find the person. |

depending on your host, the panel that controls teh emails should have the ability to change password or even view them in plain text. i know mine (netfirms) allows this, as they are assuming if you got in there you should be able to see the info
i am sure if this doesn't work you could email them, and assuming you did have admin privileges on teh account, you could change the password craig
