I was browsing my personal web site, and completed a file upload to my FTP
site MINUTES AGO. Now, I can't access my web page http://www.gmthunder.com nor can I access the FTP site? EVERYONE else can view my page, or link photos, but I cannot! I have: - reset my modem - cleared my cookies and temp files (via control panel > Internet Options) - restarted the computer - restored Windows XP to an earlier time How do I connect back to my site? I'm using Windows XP Pro w/ IE Thank you in advance for any tips...this is frustrating! |

Only happened to me once.
The only time that what you describe happened to me, it was because I updated anti-spyware. I had to turn that spyware off, then I could get in okay. I suppose anything else running, especially something you updated recently might be causing the problem. And yes, at the time I did a restore to an earilier time, and it didn't help. Hope that is the only problem and this helps you.

That's odd, I can see the site just fine. What FTP program do you use (Eg. WS_FTP, CuteFTP, FlashFXP, etc).
Also it should have given you an error message of some kind, it might also be helpful if you could tell us what the error message was, what it said, etc. ~Paintbait~ |
