Recording from Web Radio? How to?
Can I save streaming audio from a Jazz webradio station onto the HDD,
and then edit the cuts ? Got broadband which is OK at off peak times. Think I can figure out how to get it onto the CDRW after editing, as I have Napster. Guess it would need some software to send it to. Cuts aren't identified, so as its 50's 'Cool' Jazz I'll have to just identify them as 'very cool 02', extra cool 04' etc ! Can anybody recommend software? Thanks |

If you have a SoundBlaster card, the software that comes with it can record 'what you hear is what you get' wav and I believe mp3 files.

Thanks Zayd, got the SB card off a used hardware site- no documentation/software.
Will try their site, failing that I'll look around for something at CompUSA etc. Just wanted to know if it was possible and you answered that. Thanks. |

Unless I'm mistaken it's included in the Creative Play Center download, so that's what you'll wanna get.
I've used it a few times to rip MP3's off my CDs, and it worked great. Xayd |
