Restricting access totally...

Okay I'm trying to get my PC hooked up to the net and I'm basically just going to be using game servers. Cause all I would be doing is palying galaxies, CS, WoW and stuff like that. However my parents want to keep me of of the web itself. So is there a way to have the computer ask for a password before it allows me to access the browser. OR is there a filter or something that can put a blanket ban on all web sites, yet still allow me to do online gaming?
PLEASE HELP!!!
Thanx
