well, when you clear history dont forget to clear the cache and temp files and cockies.
it could also be a pop up when you go to a certain site. try removing your spyware on your pc.

Run a program such as Ad-aware and test your system for spyware.

Open your favorite registry editor (START > RUN > regedit) and navigate to the following key
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\TypedURLs On the right you should see all the URLs you've typed out .. double click on the one you wish to remove, and change it to something else, for example http://forum.pcmech.com/ Close regedit; restart internet explorer. |

Are you going into Internet Options and just clearing history or are you also deleting temporary internet files and checking delete all offline content?

A hijackThis scan most likely will turn it up. My guess is it`s nestled deeply in the registry.

(I think) Hijack This is a free spyware program that will remove that garbage. I think I've heard of it but I've never used it. Google "download hijack this spyware" and I'm sure you'll find it.
