Greetings,
Abruptly, I can not open PDF files by clicking on links for them within a web page. I have to right click to "Save Target" and open from there. Any fixes? Thanks, Jack

What browser and what version of adobe reader are you running?
Try unintallin anything below version 7 and install version 7. Remember, there will be a delay in opening the pdf since it has to download first before it can actually be opened.

I use the Foxit PDF Reader. At around 1mb it is miniscule in size in comparison to Adobe and is easily set as the default pdf reader. It opens really quickly too.

It's probably related to the Adobe Update which can get stuck and won't allow the Reader to open. A reboot usually fixes that as well as turning off the update.
