Okay, I dont exactly get these RSS icons on websites but I see they are poping up everywhere and would like to know what they are and how I can use them. Can anyone give me quick update or a link that provides info about the RSS Feeds. I also want to know whats the best RSS Reader program out and easy to use? Thanks for all your time.

I use Bloglines for my RSS feeds. Click on the RSS or XML icon, copy and paste the address of the window that has just come up into the aggregator and click Subscribe.

Some more info on RSS. Note that IE 6 doesn't really have RSS capabilities built in to the browser. You will have to install a toolbar like Googles or use Firefox which has a built in RSS reader.
Basically RSS is a way to keep updated with a site without having to visit the site.
