Internet problems

I use IE and have sbc dsl after a certain amount of time my connection freezes and I have to reboot. What can I do to fix the problem? I get limited connection to the internet. I run norton internet security and adaware.

What do you mean by it freezes? that it just stops working?
what programs do you have running when this happens, and do you run spyware and virus scans regularly?

There are two main options.
The first is that you have some spyware/virus running around in your system.
The other option is that you have a hardware problem. probably memory (most common).
Try to check this two...
