Stupid toolbar wont go away

everytime i load up the internet i get this toolbar at the bottom of the screen just above the windows taskbar and it wont go away..

it is quite big and has loads of fake buttons and a fake search window and nothing works..

i do the ctrl alt delete and it comes up in processes at iexplorer.exe i delete it and sure enough it goes away but whenever i load up another internet window it just pops back up

ive ran 2 spybots and a virus scan and nothing finds it and its getting really annoying any suggestions how to get rid of it??

On my personal experiance, I found these tool bars to be actually removable on the "add or take programs" (something like it, my windows is in spanish) under control panel. If it's not there I suggest you to run Ad-Aware SE and AVG AntiVirus on safe mode, if that also fails, then I suggest you to go for HijackThis

Could you possibly take a screen shot and attach it so we can see what you mean. In FF I had a bar like that which all I had to do was go under the properties of my extension and uncheck showbar at bottom. With the screen shot I might be able to identify if it is the same bar I had.... or if I, or any of us, have ever experienced the same thing.
