Firefaster.... Awesome or not?
I was wondering if anyone has ever tried firefaster for FF. I was an Opera user, till it started acting weird and restarting my computer; so I went to FF. Looking over the extensions I ran into Firefaster. Claiming to speed up load times, etc. I was inticed, but wanted to ask her if anyone has used it yet? I don't want to instal it incase it doesn't really do anything.... Any downsides of using FireFaster for FireFox?

Yeah, it's Faster Fox, and really, there are no major changes in speed, maybe a second and a half at a max, and I'm completely willing to wait them, like I wouldn't waste them anyway
 I linked it to a friend with 4 Megas of speed and he didn't notice any changes, probably because his speed was already fast. In any case this thread fails without a link, so I'll supply one. The extension is only 2 days old so I doubt many users here will have it this is a link, i suggest you to click it |
