I can't gain access to any site that uses HTTPS

Every time I try to go into a site that uses https, such as logging into my yahoo e-mail account, it instantaneously goes to "This page cannot be displayed." I can access these sites on other computers, but I cannot access it on mine. I've tried downloading different browsers such as Mozilla and Opera but they won't connect to the internet. I tried flushing my DNS but nothing happens. Anybody have any solutions?

Send a message via MSN to doctorgonzo
In IE, go to Tools, Internet Options, then the Advanced tab, then make sure "Use SSL 2.0" and "Use SSL 3.0" are checked under Security.

I tried that, too. Still nothing. I have no idea what it could be.

Been thinking about this one. It must be firewall related since it occurs cross-browser. Do you have a firewall setup?

Is your OS XP? There's a MS KB Article that might help.
