is there a way to copy the favorites from IE ?

Copy them to where?
Just copy the c:\windows\favorites folder to a floppy (or anywhere else). |

Go to Windows Explorer>Windows>Favorites, Highlight the favorites folder and click copy then paste them anywhere your heat desires.
