Extremely complicated question.

My friend lives in a college dorm.. he has 2 ethernet ports and 2 network cards...

the dorm uses packetswapping or something.. so when hes using bittorrent, he cant use http.

So he wanted to use the 2 internet connections on the same pc.. But he says you cant just "Do" that... becuase of windows...

does anyone know how he could do it?

One word of caution, many universities have policies against using P2P on their network, so he should be very careful about doing that... I've heard of Dual LAN on mobos, so I'm sure it's possible...but that would be Dual network connections, not necessarily dual internet connections though...

It looks like something is not configured correctly if he's having port problems.
