Search engines

This may not be the correct thread location for this question and if so, let me know please.

My question is:

When entering addresses in the search block, in my case, Google search, they stay there and over time quite a list will build up. Is there a way to remove these past searches either completely, or selectively"

Thanks

yes you can delete them completly by doing this: clear cache, clear temp files, clear coockies, clear history

Re-Edited: I meant clear everything, i use Firefox and always delete everything

Err Dark Nova none of the above will remove that list, it will remove other entries.
Jim: If you're using IE - Go to Tools > Internet Options > Content Tab > Autocomplete button > Click Clear Forms .. Alternately, you can go to any site that has the form (like google for example) and press the down button to show up that form list .. now while selecting it with your mouse you can hit the delete button and have it disappear.
If you're using Firefox - go to Tools > options > Privacy > Click the plus beside the Saved form information > and hit the clear button.
The above will work the same for forms, but instead of hitting delete you need to hit shift+delete
