Problems
I closed Netscape last night,and when I tried to reopen the browser a little box popped up saying the browser was already in use.The browser would not start until I created another user profile.Well needless to say I have lost 100 bookmarks and the password fill in for numerous sites.How can I recall this info?It is very important!!!!

Scan for viruses/spyware/malware?
Tried opening it in safe mode?

I am spyware and virus free.This seems to be a Netscape problem!!

Netscape didn't close properly. If you ever get that message again, open task manager and kill its process.
Simply, go to: Start > Run > paste "netscape.exe -profilemanager" (without quotes), and load up the first Profile, and everything should be back to normal. Hope this helps.
