Outlook 2003 - Problem with Contact Categories
I always put a contact into several categories. Until last week, each category was headed (in "By Category" while viewing "Contacts") by a SINGLE category. If a contact was marked with more than one category, it simply showed up in more than one category header. Exactly what I wanted.
Last week, Outlook simply decided that this was no longer what I wanted. It changed each category header to include ALL the categories any contact is linked to. Now I have to sift through multiple category groups to find any one contact. Very frustrating. How do I go back to one header per group of categories?
