Dynamic IP of Ethernet Router

I need to ask one thing.

The Ethernet router I am using get dynamic IP address from Service provider ... and service provider changes that IP with interval of times.

When we need to make a webserver, I guess its necessary to have that IP fixed that it should'nt get change again n again and buying a fixed IP from Service Provider will cost me much.

I have heard that there is a way to use the same dynamic IP with some trick and machine can be used as to webserver.

Any possibility ......... ???????

I think you have to use something like No-IP

So, if you have a dynamic IP, what do you do? Well, this is the situation I was in, until I found a service called No-IP. With No-IP, you register with them, and download an application to your system. When you register, you choose a domain name. Now, you need to set which IP address to redirect to right? That's where the application comes in. It will send your IP address to No-IP.com when you say so, and will update where to redirect to each time it updates. So, for example, my domain is: http://ricserv.servebeer.com. When you type that in the address bar, you are redirected to my IP address. Now, if I disconnect from the Internet, my IP will change. So, I open the No-IP application, tell it to update, and http://ricserv.servebeer.com is updated to redirect to my new IP address. Simple really. I will give a full installation walk-through later on.

But there is someother trick aswell ...........

No-IP will work in a way like,
you restart your PC and your IP get change, You go to No-IP DUC (Dynamic Update Client) and define new IP the one your PC got after restart.

But in my case IP address changes itself even when the PC is ON.

I dunno what is the way to do it ...... As soon as i get to know will share it on the board.
