PLEAS, HOW DO I GET MY PING DOWn?
Well, there is a zombe css sever i want to play real bad. But my ping is like 179, and most ppl ping is 100 and under. I have tryed restarting my comp, power cyvleing my router and modem, and i tryed just setting all my setting on low in hopes that it will help. What can i do?

There is not much you can do to get your ping down. You may want to try running a TRACERT to the server to see if there is a router that is being particularly slow, but even then, you will just know where the problem lies, you probably won't be able to do anything about it.

Open a command prompt, then type "tracert" and then the IP address of the server you are trying to contact. No quotes, of course.

I'll have to agree, I don't think there's a whole lot you can do.
Your other option would be to try another ISP.

hmm my css ping is 29 average its pretty low and im on aol.....
Nothing you can really do |

Join a server closer to you. If you join a server half way round the world your going to get a higher ping than joining a server in your contry.

It doesn't have much to do with interenet ISP as it does with server location. The server is probably pretty far from you if you have that kind of ping.
