call monitoring
 Can anyone suggest a free download that will indicate when you have a incoming call on a one line system, giving you the opportunity to unplug your modem and plug in your telephone. I haven't got call-waiting, and the software needs to accept 11 digit numbers. I have been told that such software exists, but as yet i have not found it!

Do an internet search for "internet call waiting", I did come across a service that you could subscribe to.
