MS Outlook

Help, How do I backup Outlook info to a CD? For example, if I wanted to put all my contacts on a CD. Is there a way to copy these to CD? I tried looking for this info using Windows Explorer but could not find anything.

There should be an option in the file menu to export the address book. Or try looking on this page.

Thanks for the response. I feel kind of dumb for not thinking of that myself. I guess I got a little too frustrated trying to find other ways.

Outlook is usually pretty easy. I usually just copy the .pst file which is located in C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook

You have to change the default folder view to make sure that you can see hidden and system files.

Thanks for the response. I've noticed this folder but could never figure out the entire name.

I tried to get to this folder but couldn't C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook. Did a seaarch of *.pst files and returned this folder. But when I tried to open it I just got garbage. Any other suggestions?
