Looking for a good IE based browser?

I've tried 3rd party browsers like Netscape and Firefox and they're OK. I seem to like the simplicity of IE6 but like Windows itself, it has it's problems. Has anyone come across a good, free IE based browser that has tabs, a built in Google search and automatically imports Roboform data and Favorites?

I tried the beta of IE7 already and it sucks. Thanks.
