ad pop up

Hey, guys,
im not sure if i should post this here, but its so annoying i have to ask...
this window(ad) pops up randomly, sometimes when i open a new internet explorer, sometimes when i click a link....
i've had max popup blocker, and i've put the address on the restricted site in the "internet options", i got rid of all cookies and internet files, i even tried system restore.... nothing is workin, this thing must be hiding somewhere...
any1 no how to get rid of this thing??? thanks alot

A good place to start is opening task manager and visiting this site:
answersthatwork.com/Tasklist_pages/tasklist.htm
It sounds like adware. You may also want to install adaware and spybot search and destroy. I have links to them the front page of my site, or you can find them at http://www.download.com.
Update them after you install them, and run.
Spybot comes an immunization option that you should run to help block this type of program.

.........Thank you for helping, i installed a whole bunch of spyware busting programs now, but that window is still popping up. i also tried to delete it in registry by running "regedit" and deleting that address, it still didn't work.... im just don't know what to say, or do.....
any other suggestions??? thx
