Question Please help, Address Bar problem?

I am having a problem that just started and I don't know how. Ok here it goes, anytime I type anything into the address bar with "http://" it does not find the site I get an address bar error message that says has been disallowed. But if I remove the "http://" it works fine.
example. http://www.yahoo.com does not work but www.yahoo.com in address bar works. does anyone know what this problem could be, please help.

Thanks.
