E-mail Properties/Details
I just recieved an e-mail (spam) that got me curious so I opened the message properties & clicked the details tab. On the "From" line was the sender's name & mail addy & the two were similar so I thought it almost be legit. On the "To" line was someone else's name & my e-mail addy. Does this mean anything like someone may be using my e-mail as an identity & be something that I should be concerned with or should I just disregard & delete it like I always do? Thanks in advance.

You need to look at the message header. More than likely it is a spoof or a virus that is using your email address.
What email client are you using?
