Registering an IRC channel?
I have an anime site that has a chat room but it has to outsource to a IRC server. It used to use irc.azzura.org but they have gone under I believe. Can someone tell me how and where to register a channel? I know very little of IRC, so please bear with my request
. If this is the wrong section mods, plz move it . If you need more info let me know .

I tried using it. But I just don't understand it. Every server I inserted into mkportal got a could not connect error :S.

You are going to have to find an IRC network that will allow that type of connection - I'm assuming Dalnet might only allow clients such as mIRC to connect.
irc.azzurra.org is still in business. Try irc.us.azzurra.org, I just logged in. Last edited by glc; 02-18-2006 at 10:53 PM. |
