Animation in the upper right corner of IE
You know that little animation that spins when IE is grabbing a page, I know there are 2 choices because when I set up windows on my new machine I saw it. But I'll be damned if I can find an option to switch it now

TweakUI has the option you're probably refering too.

When I tried installing it I got an error message saying it wasn't avalid win32 application.
