Outlook Express & junk mail
Sig other likes to use Outlook Express. Never knew how much time is spent each week blocking all those junk messages until I decided to 'help'. Is ther any way to create preblocked setting or way to block a group of senders at once. If all else fails, any good free email? Outlook is not an option

Might search out and look at MailWasher.

I've never used MailWasher though I've heard good things about it : http://www.mailwasher.net/
I used SpamFighter when I still ran OE and it did a perfect job : http://www.spamfighter.com/

I use Mailwasher to scan my OE inbox before downloading them. It is nice because you can bounce and delete messages there, click the process mail button and it will delete and bounce the spam and then open OE without the junk. Set up is a snap since it will import your settings directly from OE including your pop3 & smtp servers, and your username and password.
