need help with flash 5

ok heres the deal i have flash 5 and can do basic stuff with it but i have no idea on how to use it to make anything more then movies i have looked in the tutorials and the don'treally give me much of a clue. then i look at some sites that use flash as a webpage with cool background animations and stuff and i would really like to know how that is done. another thing too is i would like to learn how to make those nice menu bars that have an animation when u do a mouse over. if it is to long of an explanation i understand but i would really apresiate your knowledge.

Basically if you want to design a site with flash you just do it like you would a movie. Except without a motion loop. You design the buttons and layout. There is a tutorial for creating buttons. There are 3 parts to creating a "mouse over" button. You have to create each of the 3 frames. I haven't used flash in a while but I'm quite sure that the tutorials are very thorough. Check out this site. It has some good tutorials if the ones in Flash don't help.
