Firefox problem

When I click a link in firefox it opens a new window with no toolbars on the top. The biggest problem is that I can't scroll throughout the page. I use to be able to click the scroll wheel down and be able to move the mouse to go through the page but now that is disabled. I would like to know how to get the scroll wheel working for those types of pages. I have already checked the mouse software.

If you hold Ctrl while clicking the link, it will open a new tab in the same window. Under Tools/Options/Advanced, maybe check that Auto Scrolling is enabled.
