How do i get rid of autocomplete names in Outlook?
Office 03 w/ XPpro-specifically Outlook:
Autocompletion of email address or suggested email addresses is great, but how do I get rid of 1 or 2 that I don't want to show up anymore? I emailed message to my old boss (name comes up first anytime you begin with the letter 'k' I don't need my new boss to know I have been in contact with previous company. I know how to turn off the 'suggestion of name & email addresses' but my old boss's name keeps showing up when the auto suggestion is turned back on. Is there a file somewhere that I can delete to get rid of all my past addresses? Thanks. |

You get rid of it the same way as any auto-complete entry. Type in the first letter, highlight the entry and press Delete on your keyboard.

Thanks for the quick and easy solution. Probalby sounded like a newbie request, but it had me sweating there for a while.
