Form required to view this message cannot be displayed....
"Contact your Administrator"
This is the message we are recieving from Outlook 2000 on my wife's pooter when we try to view various attachments she recieves in her e-mail. I have re-installed Office97 and Outlook 2000, and tried the "Detect and Repair" option in Outlook 2000, but the same error message continues to pop up. The same config is on my work and home pooters and works fine. Can someone suggest a solution to this? All responses appreciated. Thanks, AndyM

Run Setup again and reinstall the client. -or- b/ Double-click the Mlset32.exe file in the Program Files\Microsoft Exchange folder to reregister Exchange in the registry. Either copy the Frmcache.bak file in the Windows\Forms folder to Frmcache.dat, or obtain a copy of the Frmcache.dat file from a computer on which Windows Messaging is functioning properly and then copy the file to the c/ Restart the Exchange or Outlook client and attempt the Send To operation again from the Office application. good luck! |
