Limiting monthly download/upload
I have sat internet connection. And I want to limit the monthly download/upload for my computers on the network. All PCs have Windows XP installed on them. I want to be able to limit one computer to have 1GB upload/download during the one month and others lets say 2GB. Is there any software that can do this??
