atom feeder on another gmail address
google just chose my domain to do the gmail-hosted email, so i can have my own domain, but use gmail as the interface. what i would like to know is if there is any way to add an atom/rss feed to my homepage on google, or at least in some other rss reader so that i don't have to go check it every now and again to see if there is mail.
thanks craig

You can use the GMail notifier. It's not RSS, but it will pop a message up on your screen/play a sound when you have new messages.

i do use gmail notifier for my regular account, but this isn't an @gmail.com address. its @mydomain.com, but it uses gmail as the interface (https://www.google.com/hosted). its a new service, really nice, i just want to be able to get notifications somehow

I do the same thing. I have my mail auto-forwarded to my GMail address from the settings on my @domain.com email. GMail notifications show up when an email to @domain.com comes in. Like you, I also send everything from my GMail account and just change the From Address.
