Is there anyway to import address book contacts into Outlook?

Before I had Outlook I used to use the built in windows address book to store all my contacts. Well I got a PDA for my job and I need to use Outlook now to sync it, and I want to get all my numbers into the PDA as well. The only way I see this happening is if I can get my address book contacts into Outlook, then from Outlook I can bring then onto my PDA. I know you can export/import contacts as vcards, but you can only do one at a time unless there is a way around it, which sucks and would take just as long as manually entering all the numbers into Outlook.

Joe, that's for Outlook Express, which already uses the Windows address book. He needs to import his .wab into Outlook's Contacts. Here's the correct article:
