Saving the page did not work for me either, but since it's only text, just copy and paste it into Word. Just don't forget to site your source.

They've used JS to disable right clicking, but you could still open each link to a new window or tab (shift-click or ctrl-click) and then save the page. However, this is obviously done to prevent people from leeching content. You could just order the CD to get the material you're looking for.
