timed out connection problem

Hi,

Can someone help me with this problem which is very very annoying.

Most time when im online and trying to access webpages i get this message-

Can someone explain to me what this means?

What that means literally is that your computer sent information to the webpage in an attempt to access it, but the webpage did not respond fast enough, so your computer gave up waiting for it.

It can have a number of causes. What is your setup? Dialup, broadband? Do you have a router? Wired, wireless?

Hi doctorgonzo

I have Broadband cable and its wired.

Im not sure of my internet speed though

The problem seems to have gotten worse over the past couple of weeks.
